  • A technical issue on our side prevented proper delivery of the service

  • A duplicate or incorrect charge was made

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services that have already been fully delivered

  • Digital products that have been accessed, downloaded, or used

  • Delays or issues caused by third-party services outside our control

  • Situations where insufficient information was provided by the customer to complete the service

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted if a service was partially delivered or initiated before the refund request was made.
